Hi everyone! I have started getting emails asking about where to start with costumes... Hopefully this will help some! Orphans : We are doing "muddy" colors (tan, brown, burgundy, navy, olive, etc.). Layers, patches, leggings...all of that is perfect! I am attaching some pictures to give you an idea. If they have brown or black boots, that works great! If not, they should be in black shoes or dance shoes! Email me with any questions! We are making some orphan dresses and costumes, and I have cute boot socks and patches. Just let me know what you need and we will work it out! City People: These people will switch between servants (all black skirt, leggings, or shirt with aprons and headbands) and city people for one scene. We are making the aprons and can make the headbands as well. They will need black shirt and skirt/leggings. They will also need to be able to put on a coat or dress for NYC. Hi everyone!! Here is some information regarding the upcoming musical, The Little Mermaid Jr. K/1st registration opens January 9th. It is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The registration fee is $60. The production will be on April 10th. We will have rehearsals every Monday. A calendar will be provided. 2nd-5th grade is audition-based registration. We will be holding auditions the evening of January 9th, 10th and 11th. We will send out a cast list to the email provided, and you can decide whether or not your child would like to accept the role they have been cast in prior to registering. Costume Information for Peter Pan Jr. Below are the guidelines for students costumes. We ask that you stick to the guidelines so that the students look fairly uniform within their group. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ms.Hirst. If there is a financial issue as to why you are unable to provide your own costume, reach out to us so that we can come up with a solution before it is last minute! J Fairies We will be assigning each fairy a color. Talk to your child to find out their assigned color. We are asking for all parents of “fairies” to send in $6 (to Ms.Hirst by 2/27) , and we will order the tutu, flower crown, wings, and make-up. The only things needed from home is a solid color shirt or tank top that is their assigned color, nude tights, and solid color flats (ballet shoes work fine).
